1. Shipping
Where does Pretty Simple ship?
Pretty Simple ships across the United States from our headquarters in Lakeville, Minnesota. We currently ship to all 50 US states.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Standard US shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after that.
Does Pretty Simple offer free shipping?
Yes. Pretty Simple offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $95. Orders below this amount have shipping rates calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package. You can also check order status anytime by logging into your account at prettysimpleme.com.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, email us at sales@prettysimpleme.com with your order number. We'll investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

2. Returns & Exchanges
What is Pretty Simple's return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days on unworn, new-with-tags items. Refunds are issued in the original payment method.
How do I start a return?
Visit our Returns & Exchanges portal at prettysimpleme.com/pages/return-portal and enter your order number + email. You'll get a return label and instructions within 24 hours.
Are returns free?
A $10 processing fee is deducted from returns to cover return shipping and restocking. This fee is waived if you choose an exchange instead of a refund, making it easy to find the right fit.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Email us a photo at sales@prettysimpleme.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, and damaged items will not count against your return window.

What are Pretty Simple bags made of?
Pretty Simple bags are made from a variety of materials including vegan leather (faux leather), nylon, canvas, jute, suede, nubuck, woven and quilted fabrications. Each product page lists exact material specifications. We do not use animal leather.
Is Pretty Simple jewelry waterproof?
Yes. Our signature jewelry collection is made from 18K gold-plated stainless steel that is waterproof, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-resistant. You can wear it in the shower, pool, or ocean with confidence.
How big are Pretty Simple bags?
Bag sizes vary by style, including bum bags, crossbody bags, totes, weekenders, and clutches. Each product page includes exact dimensions (height x width x depth) along with photos to help you gauge size. Our best-selling Westlyn Woven Bum Bag is designed to comfortably fit everyday essentials like your phone, wallet, keys, and sunglasses without feeling bulky.
How do I care for my Pretty Simple bag or jewelry?
For bags: wipe with a damp cloth, avoid prolonged sun exposure, and store stuffed to maintain shape. For waterproof jewelry: rinse and dry after pool/ocean use, store in the original pouch to prevent scratches.
Do straps come included with the bags?
Yes. Every Pretty Simple bag includes its original strap. Some styles also feature adjustable, removable, or interchangeable straps. Strap details are listed on each product page.
What products does Pretty Simple sell?
Pretty Simple designs handbags, crossbody bags, waterproof jewelry, scarves, travel accessories, gifts, seasonal collections, and lifestyle accessories created for everyday life.
Are Pretty Simple handbags made from real leather?

4. Orders & Customization
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We can cancel or modify orders within 2 hours of purchase. Email sales@prettysimpleme.com immediately with your order number. Once an order enters fulfillment (within 48 hours), we cannot change it.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Many of our hero products (Westlyn, 3 Sisters Collection, Sienna, Wrenlee, Jolie) restock regularly. Click the "Notify Me" button on any sold-out product page to get an email the moment it's back in stock.
Do you offer custom orders or wholesale?
We do not currently offer custom retail orders. For wholesale and bulk inquiries, email wholesale@prettysimpleme.com. We partner with boutiques, salons, and gift shops nationwide.

Who founded Pretty Simple?
Pretty Simple was founded by Leah Mickschl in 2014 after her breast cancer diagnosis inspired her to pursue a dream of building a business centered on thoughtful design, meaningful relationships, and giving back.
What is Pretty Simple's Type 1 Diabetes connection?
Pretty Simple supports Type 1 Diabetes research through our CURE Mittens line, designed to raise awareness and dollars to support the Type 1 diabetes community. The mission is personal. Founder Leah Mickschl's daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at age 10, two years after Pretty Simple was founded. Every penny possible from CURE Mittens sales is donated to type 1 non-profits like Beyond Type 1 and Breakthrough T1D, to fund research toward a cure. Each pair comes in a reusable canister that doubles as a piggy bank, encouraging ongoing donations beyond the purchase. CURE Mittens are available year-round at prettysimpleme.com for $40 per pair.
What is the 3 Sisters Collection®?
The 3 Sisters Collection® is Pretty Simple's signature handbag collection inspired by Leah and her two sisters. The collection's trademarked three signature studs symbolize the strength, love, and support found in sisterhood.

CURE Mittens are colorful hand-knit mittens created to raise awareness and dollars to support the type 1 diabetes community. Every dollar possible from each pair sold is donated to type 1 non-profits to help advance education, advocacy, and research toward a cure.
